Glory to fall this week.
That’s it, it’s finally here! Who ? But let’s see autumn, with its shimmering colors, its orange nuances, its delicious mushrooms and its plump squashes. Delights to savor in velouté, gratin, savory autumn tart, risotto, or turnovers. The desserts are not left out in terms of seasonal flavors thanks to apples, grapes, sprinkled with autumn spices.
