Red fruit pannacotta

Ingredients

  • 50 cl of whole liquid cream
  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 to 2 vanilla pods
  • 80 g caster sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g mixed red fruits

Preparation

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water to soften it.

  2. Split the vanilla pods and collect the seeds with the tip of a knife.
    Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla beans. Bring to a gentle boil and keep it for 5 minutes.

  3. Off the heat, add the well-drained gelatin. Stir until it is completely absorbed, then divide the cream into 6 ramekins. Leave to set for at least 3 hours in the fridge. Serve topped with red fruits.
