Ingredients
- 2 slices of stale brioche
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 20 g of semi-salted butter
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
Preparation

In a salad bowl, beat 1 egg with the milk and oregano. Dip the brioche slices in this mixture to soak them well.

Brown the brioche slices for 5 minutes in the melted butter, turning them halfway through cooking.

In a second pan, grill the slices of smoked bacon without adding any fat.

Then cook the 2 fried eggs for 3 minutes. Salt, pepper.

Place 1 egg and 2 slices of grilled bacon on each slice of brioche. Enjoy with a salad of young shoots.
