Savory brioche lost, fried egg, grilled bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of stale brioche
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 20 g of semi-salted butter
  • 4 slices of smoked bacon

Preparation

  1. In a salad bowl, beat 1 egg with the milk and oregano. Dip the brioche slices in this mixture to soak them well.

  2. Brown the brioche slices for 5 minutes in the melted butter, turning them halfway through cooking.

  3. In a second pan, grill the slices of smoked bacon without adding any fat.

  4. Then cook the 2 fried eggs for 3 minutes. Salt, pepper.

  5. Place 1 egg and 2 slices of grilled bacon on each slice of brioche. Enjoy with a salad of young shoots.
