A probiotic drink recipe, extracted from the book Super microbiota.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. to c. Matcha tea
- 5-6 mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 250 g frozen blueberries
- 100 ml of cold water
- Sweet equivalent to 10 g of sugar
- 1 tsp. to c. chicory inulin (prebiotic)
- 125 g yogurt of your choice
Preparation
In a mixer, place tea, mint, blueberries, water, sweetening product and inulin and run at reduced speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the yogurt, and turn briefly, just to mix all the ingredients.
If the smoothie is too fluid, it can be left in the freezer 20-30 min before tasting.
Probiotics are not afraid of the cold
As much an excess heat can undermine bacteria, so much the cold keeps them perfectly in a state of survival.
