When we think about the menu of Valentine’s Day, aphrodisiac foods are the first people we think. Oyster, lawyer, ginseng, or asparagus, are among these. For dessert, we think of stars like chocolate, if possible the strongest in cocoa, since it is the latter which is considered to be aphrodisiac, and we abandon the very sweet proposals. It is associated with another mastodon of the estate: ginger! A small but strong rhizome which acts on several levels, both in terms of dilation of vessels and body temperature. Valentine’s Day recipe: small dark chocolate and ginger fondants

For 4 people
100 g dark chocolate
100 g of semi-salted or soft butter
4 squares of dark chocolate
10 g fresh ginger
2 eggs + 1 yellow
50 g of caster sugar
25 g flour

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a saucepan, with the butter. Soften everything on very low heat, until the chocolate is melted. Smooth it with a spatula.
Light the oven at 180 ° C (Th. 6). Whisk the eggs and the yellow with the sugar, then add the flour and pour over the melted chocolate without stopping stirring. Add the ginger that you grate on a thin grater.
Butter and flour four individual soufflé molds and pour the dough. Slide a square of chocolate in the center of each dessert.
Place the molds in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Unmold on four plates and immediately serve these melting desserts in the center thanks to the square of chocolate that will have melted when cooked.
