More than ever, let's put seasonal fruits and vegetables in the spotlight.

In ravioli, mash, salad, a la plancha or mixed to accompany a nice baked trout or sole, cook spring vegetables. Between peas, asparagus, leeks and even zucchini prepared in waffle batter for Sunday brunch, you are in for a treat!

Your shopping list for the week

At the greengrocer, take part vegetables, broccoli, spinach, lemon, green salad, white and green asparagus, ginger, beans, leeks, beetroot (red, chioggia, yellow), carrots (yellow, orange, white), zucchini, garlic, shallots and spring onions. As for aromatic herbs, we take mint, coriander, mint, tarragon, chives.

For the fruitsyou will need rhubarb, red fruits, avocados and bananas.

At thegrocery store, savory side, buy: peas, mixture of sprouted seeds, couscous semolina, green pepper, eggs, white balsamic vinegar, cider vinegar, whole-grain mustard, grape seed oil, tofu, oat flakes and breadcrumbs. On the sweet side, it will be: almond cream, soy sauce, vanilla ice cream, cocoa powder, pistachios, dark pastry chocolate, agave syrup, honey, flaked almonds, orange blossom, vanilla pod, milk coconut, spoon cookies, coconut shavings and chocolate chips.
