As a main course, how about a roast filet mignon with honey-glazed grapes? We marinate these in wine for at least 1 hour before starting the recipe. Ready in 15 minutes flat, this is a dish that will not go unnoticed by your guests.
For dessert, we finish in style with the legendary semi-cooked chocolate treats that everyone will agree on. This time, we opt for a version based on praline and tonka bean. Easy to make, the cakes can be served directly in the ramekins used for baking. Presented in individual portions, is a nice thoughtful touch to finish any meal.
