Rum and vanilla pancakes

Ingredients

For 15 pancakes

  • 250g flour
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 5 cl of rum to adjust according to your taste
  • 30 g of semi-salted butter + a little for cooking pancakes

Preparation

  1. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, sugar and eggs.

  2. Then gradually add the milk, then the rum and finally the split vanilla pod and its seeds. Add the melted butter and let sit for 3 hours.

  3. Then melt 1 knob of butter in a hot pan. Cook the pancake, turning it over as soon as the edge forms a colored collar.

  4. Enjoy the pancakes with the accompaniment of your choice.
