Ingredients
- 4 peeled pears
- 20 cl of water
- 1 tablespoon(s) of honey

1/2 organic lemon
Preparation

Bring 4 peeled, cored and cut into pieces pears to the boil with 20 cl of water, 1 tbsp. tablespoons of honey and the large zest of 1/2 organic lemon.

Cook for 2 minutes covered, then turn off the heat and leave to cool, still covered.

Remove the lemon zest, place the warm pears in bowls, with their juice.

Grate black lemon (purchase in Asian grocery stores) and serve immediately.
