Not a dessert that requires taking out all the paraphernalia and putting on different creams, mousses, biscuits and crispy layers. No, a simple, easy delicacy that pleases everyone and requires no specific technique or equipment.
The right recipe? The crumble.
Yes, the crumble that seduces everyone with its stewed fruits and its very delicious buttered dough. A family dessert, from grandmother, without fuss, which only asks to be served right on the dish. And the advantage of crumble is that it adapts to the season. If its most famous version is with apples – THE emblematic autumn dessert with apple pie – you can vary the pleasures depending on the season and the products available. If summer and its sunny fruits are behind us, we look towards the stalls. Figs, pears, apples… Good pick with the grapes which goes wonderfully with the apple for a delight in the tone of the season.
In just 20 minutes of preparation, this is a dessert that will delight your Sunday.
