Black sesame pannacotta

Ingredients

  • 50 cl of whole liquid cream
  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 30 g black sesame paste
  • 80 g caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons roasted black sesame seeds
  • some blueberries

Preparation

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water to soften it.

  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the sugar and sesame paste, bring to a gentle boil and keep it for 5 minutes.

  3. Off the heat, add the well-drained gelatin. Stir until it is absorbed, then pour the mixture into a serving dish. Leave to set for at least 3 hours in the fridge.

  4. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and garnish with blueberries before serving.
