Ingredients
- 50 cl of whole liquid cream
- 3 sheets of gelatin
- 30 g black sesame paste
- 80 g caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons roasted black sesame seeds

Preparation

Soak the gelatin in cold water to soften it.

Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the sugar and sesame paste, bring to a gentle boil and keep it for 5 minutes.

Off the heat, add the well-drained gelatin. Stir until it is absorbed, then pour the mixture into a serving dish. Leave to set for at least 3 hours in the fridge.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and garnish with blueberries before serving.
