Ingredients
- 500 g of firm white fish fillet
- 3 white onions
- 150 g fresh turmeric turmeric
- 5 Garlic Pelé
- 1 teaspoon (s) of mustard in grains

- 3 tablespoon of white alcohol vinegar
- 1/2 candied lemon
Preparation

Cut the onions into quarters. Cut the fish in 3 cm cubes. Book.

Prepare the turmeric paste: Mix the turmeric, garlic and mustard grains with 2 tsp. oil. Book.

Salt and pepper the fish cubes. Fry them in oil without coloring for 4 min. Book.

Pour 5 tsp. oil in a deep pan. Once it is hot, add the turmeric paste and stir for 2 min. Cut the heat, incorporate the fish, the raw onion quarters, the vinegar and the candied half-citron cut into thin strips. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 5 to 6 hours in the refrigerator before serving cold, with rice and a fricassee of lenses.
