Ingredients
- 800 g of cherries
- 4 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 60 g of cornstarch
- 25 cl of whole milk
- 50 g melted butter + a small amount for the mold
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7).

Butter the mold and spread the whole cherries – with their pits – in the bottom.

Beat the whole eggs and sugar, add the melted butter, cornstarch and then the milk little by little. Pour the mixture over the cherries and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Bake for 30 min.
