Chicken chicken with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients for 5 people

  • 350 g of chicken
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp. to c. ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 10 cl of water

Preparation

In a saucepan, brown the chicken pieces over high heat on each side. Add half a glass of water and cook over low heat for 20 min.

Effoor the chicken meat and reserve it. Peel and chop the onion.

Over low heat, in the same saucepan, place the onion and let caramelize for a few minutes. Add the meat, cherry tomatoes and grated ginger. Salt and pepper.

Serve hot.

Dietitian advice

This recipe is rich in protein, which is why the amount of meat has been reduced in favor of cherry tomatoes. Accompany it with roasted hazelnuts (5 min in the oven Th.6/180’C), alkalizing, rich in minerals (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium) and trace elements.
