Ingredients
- 6 cod steaks
- 1 kg of multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bouquet garni
- 1 tablespoon(s) of powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and place them in a baking dish.

Crush 1 clove of garlic with the flat side of a knife and place it in the dish. Add the bouquet garni, drizzle with plenty of olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar.

Cook the cherry tomatoes for 30 minutes. Then take them out of the oven and place the cod steaks on top.

Bake again for 15 minutes at 180°C. The flesh of the fish should be pearly. Enjoy without delay.
