Ingredients
- 240 g of cottage cheese
- 4 Corsican clementines
- 10g butter
- 4 tablespoon(s) of liquid honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered coriander
Preparation

Place the fromage blanc in a colander while you prepare the clementines.

Peel the clementines and cut them into slices.

In a pan, melt the butter, add the clementines, honey and spices and roast for 3 or 4 minutes. Divide the fromage blanc into glasses and place the spiced clementines on top. Serve immediately.
