Cottage cheese and pan-fried clementines with spices

Ingredients

  • 240 g of cottage cheese
  • 4 Corsican clementines
  • 10g butter
  • 4 tablespoon(s) of liquid honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered coriander

Preparation

  1. Place the fromage blanc in a colander while you prepare the clementines.

  2. Peel the clementines and cut them into slices.

  3. In a pan, melt the butter, add the clementines, honey and spices and roast for 3 or 4 minutes. Divide the fromage blanc into glasses and place the spiced clementines on top. Serve immediately.
