Ingredients

the peels of 6 cucumbers
- 3 Greek yogurts

Espelette pepper

mint leaves
- 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil

Preparation

Put the cucumber peels with the Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt in the bowl of a blender. Mix until you obtain a very smooth mixture.

Add a large pinch of Espelette pepper, the leaves of 2 sprigs of mint and 1 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil.

Mix again.

Pour into a serving dish. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper, drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with a little chopped mint.
