Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 200 g red onions
- 200 g red cabbage
- 30 g of crème fraîche
- 20 g whole-grain mustard
- 100 g goat cheese log

a few sprigs of thyme
- 2 tablespoon(s) of honey
- 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil
Preparation

Peel and slice the red onions. Wash and slice the red cabbage into strips. Mix the cream and mustard, salt and pepper with a grinder.

In a pan, brown the red onions and cabbage strips in olive oil for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°/th. 6. Unroll the puff pastry and cover it with the mustard cream, salt and pepper mixture. Then distribute the onions and red cabbage. Add the sliced goat cheese, the chopped thyme and sprinkle with honey. Bake for 25 minutes.
