Goat cheese and red cabbage tart


  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 200 g red onions
  • 200 g red cabbage
  • 30 g of crème fraîche
  • 20 g whole-grain mustard
  • 100 g goat cheese log
  • a few sprigs of thyme

  • 2 tablespoon(s) of honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil


  1. Peel and slice the red onions. Wash and slice the red cabbage into strips. Mix the cream and mustard, salt and pepper with a grinder.

  2. In a pan, brown the red onions and cabbage strips in olive oil for 10 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°/th. 6. Unroll the puff pastry and cover it with the mustard cream, salt and pepper mixture. Then distribute the onions and red cabbage. Add the sliced ​​goat cheese, the chopped thyme and sprinkle with honey. Bake for 25 minutes.
