Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g of whole liquid cream
  • 200 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 150 g of fried bacon

Preparation

  1. Line a buttered springform pan with puff pastry or shortcrust pastry.

  2. Whisk the eggs with the liquid cream, salt and pepper. Add the grated Emmental and the bacon. Pour everything into the mold.

  3. Slide the mold and its stuffing into the freezer. The day you want to cook the quiche, put it in the oven for 1 hour at 180 °C/th. 6. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife. You can change the filling as you wish: goat cheese, dried tomatoes, zucchini, crumbled feta, comté, spinach, leeks, carrots.
