Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 10 g of fresh herbs
- 150 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) of salt

- 25 cl of milk
- 5 g of butter
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan-forced. Chop the onion and herbs finely.

Whisk the eggs, gradually add the flour, salt, pepper, onion, herbs, then the milk. Whisk vigorously so as not to form lumps.

Butter a round baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.

Place the pascade on a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
