Herb pascade


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 10 g of fresh herbs
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of salt
  • freshly ground pepper

  • 25 cl of milk
  • 5 g of butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan-forced. Chop the onion and herbs finely.

  2. Whisk the eggs, gradually add the flour, salt, pepper, onion, herbs, then the milk. Whisk vigorously so as not to form lumps.

  3. Butter a round baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.

  4. Place the pascade on a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
