Ingredients
For 1 ballotin of 200 g
- 180 g of salted butter

1 large clove of garlic
- 10 sprigs of parsley
- 2 sprigs of tarragon
- 10 sprigs of chervil
Preparation

Wash and dry the herbs. Peel them and chop them finely. Peel the garlic and pass it through a garlic press. In a salad bowl, mix the butter, herbs and garlic by hand or with a fork until well combined. Give the butter the desired shape and set aside in a cool place, away from air.
