Herbed butter

Ingredients

For 1 ballotin of 200 g

  • 180 g of salted butter
  • 1 large clove of garlic

  • 10 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 sprigs of tarragon
  • 10 sprigs of chervil

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the herbs. Peel them and chop them finely. Peel the garlic and pass it through a garlic press. In a salad bowl, mix the butter, herbs and garlic by hand or with a fork until well combined. Give the butter the desired shape and set aside in a cool place, away from air.
