In video: titanium dioxide detected in milk

A French study reveals the presence of nanoparticles of titanium dioxide in 100 % of animal milks and 83 % of the infantile milks analyzed. These particles have also been detected in breast milk. Video explanations.

Why is this discovery worrying?

Titanium dioxide, classified as potential carcinogen by inhalation, was used as white dye E171 before its ban in Europe. But he remains omnipresent in our daily life: toothpaste, sunscreen, makeup, drugs … and now he contaminates our food chain.

How do these nanoparticles end up in milk despite the ban? What are the real risks for newborns and young children? And why did European justice create controversy by its decision in August 2025?
