On Easter Monday, it's time for generous dishes between the classic savory lamb, and chocolate for dessert of course. If we want to move away from the classic starter-main course-dessert triptych, why not focus on an Easter brunch this time? Between spring vegetables, fresh salads, generous desserts, this week's menus will satisfy all gourmets.

To prepare the most perfect desserts, we check the stocks in our cupboards and stock up if necessary with flour, breadcrumbs, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, sugar and icing sugar, almond powder, baker's yeast and speculoos. Black sesame seeds, medjool dates, black sesame puree, vegetable milk, orange blossom water and Thai tea complete the story.
About the legumes and cerealswe take beluga lentils, white beans and venere black rice.
Olive oil, cider vinegar, white wine, vegetable broth, black olives and eggs finalize the list grocery store.
