At the end of the month, we're giving pride of place to spring products.

As May shows up, the plate is fresher than ever! Spring salads, refreshing spreads, frozen desserts, all without forgetting delicious treats, this is the program for this lovely week.

Your shopping list for the week

At the greengrocer, we stock up on vegetables and aromatics : cucumbers, white and green asparagus, peas, snow peas, broad beans, potatoes, radishes, baby spinach, green beans, carrots, zucchini, yellow, red and new onions, shallots and garlic.

We do not forget the aromatic herbs taking basil, thyme, dill, mint, chives and parsley,

For the fruitswe need oranges, lemons, strawberries, bananas, and granny smith apples.

Side fish shopwe take turbot fillets and smoked herring.

Side earthbacon, raw ham and roast pork will be necessary.
