At the end of the month, we are giving pride of place to seasonal products.
Pumpkin, butternut squash, mushrooms of all kinds are just some of the fabulous fall vegetables that the season offers us. Suffice it to say, deliciousness within reach! The desserts are not left out around apples, grapes, lemon, spices or even black sesame. Strong flavors, to savor all week long.

My shopping list for the week
At the primeurwe slip porcini mushrooms, button mushrooms, red and green onions, garlic, potatoes, endive, lettuce, sweet potatoes, potatoes, pumpkin, leek, avocado, lamb’s lettuce, beetroot, carrot, broccoli, cabbage into our basket -flower, arugula, carrot, chanterelles and chanterelles.
We complete with thyme, parsley, basil, rosemary, as well as verbena and coriander for the aromatic herbs.
Apples, yellow and green lemons, pears, and grapes will be needed for the fruits.
Side meatwe will need ground beef, white and roast ham, confit duck legs, and chicken breasts.
Only sea bream is to be taken from the shelf fish.
We stock up on dairy products with parmesan, semi-salted butter, milk, crème fraîche, goat’s cheese, liquid cream, sheep’s yogurt, ricotta, feta, mozzarella, stilton, gruyere, and mozzarella.
On the shelf salty grocery storewe take stock cubes, green olives, chickpeas, white beans, pine nuts, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, small spelled, basmati rice, tahini and coconut milk.
Side desserts and pastriesyou will need cane and icing sugar, almond milk, honey, flour, baking powder, jam, black sesame paste, almond puree, black sesame seeds, walnuts, almonds, cranberries, and leaves gelatin.
Paprika, cumin, garlic, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon are recommended for spices.
Complete with eggs, grape juice, rum and verjuice, for drinks, as well as a roll of puff pastry.
