Mint orange salad


  • 6 medium sized oranges
  • 6 nice sprigs of mint
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoon(s) orange blossom water


  1. Peel the oranges. Cut them into slices then cut the slices into quarters. Reserve.

  2. Finely chop the mint leaves. Pour the honey into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water.

  3. Heat over medium heat and, when the first bubbles appear, add the mint and leave to heat for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.

  4. Add the orange blossom off the heat and mix. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.

  5. Pour this syrup over the oranges. Mix well to coat the fruit with the sauce. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve in small bowls.
