Ingredients
- 6 apricots
- 4 faisselles
- 1 vanilla pod
- 3 cardamom pods
- 40 g butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

Drain the faisselles. Wash the apricots and cut them in half.

Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Open the cardamom pods.

In a saucepan, melt the butter with the vanilla seeds and cardamom pods.

Place the apricots in a baking dish. Cover them with spiced butter. Sprinkle them with brown sugar and bake for 15 minutes. Serve them warm, accompanied by cottage cheese.
