Ingredients

  • 125 g of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 500g ricotta
  • zest of 1/4 lemon

  • 1 knife tip of vanilla powder
  • butter

  • 20 g brown sugar

  • gariguettes

Preparation

  1. In a salad bowl, whisk 125 g of sugar and 5 eggs. Then add 500 g of ricotta, the zest of 1/4 and a pinch of vanilla powder with a fork, keeping a slightly grainy texture.

  2. Butter a springform pan, spread 20 g of brown sugar into it.

  3. Add the ricotta mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/gas mark 6. Leave to cool before serving with a few sliced ​​gariguettes.
