Ingredients
- 125 g of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 500g ricotta

zest of 1/4 lemon
- 1 knife tip of vanilla powder

Preparation

In a salad bowl, whisk 125 g of sugar and 5 eggs. Then add 500 g of ricotta, the zest of 1/4 and a pinch of vanilla powder with a fork, keeping a slightly grainy texture.

Butter a springform pan, spread 20 g of brown sugar into it.

Add the ricotta mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/gas mark 6. Leave to cool before serving with a few sliced gariguettes.
