Spaghetti, penne, tagliatelle or even ravioli, there are endless varieties of pasta. With the arrival of sunny days, why not serve them accompanied by seasonal produce, for an easy-to-prepare meal that will please everyone?
What ingredients for my spring pasta?
From the start of spring, we see colorful fruit and vegetable displays returning. If turning to seasonal products is a more environmentally friendly solution, they also respond more specifically to the nutritional needs of our body depending on the time of year. Indeed, asparagus or spinach for example, both rich in fiber and water, allowing us to hydrate our body from the inside as soon as the sunny days arrive.

While the pasta cooks in boiling salted water, we fry our favorite seasonal vegetables in a pan with a little olive oil and spices. In terms of combination, goat cheese goes hand in hand with artichoke, while spinach goes perfectly with creamed pasta, or slips into homemade ravioli for the classic ricotta-spinach combo. We reduce the beetroot into juice for pasta that is as colorful as it is tasty. And for a recipe that smells of the Mediterranean, we accompany them with eggplant, onions and dried tomatoes.
