What if we made a winter dish without oven?
Seasonal vegetables; intoxicating spices; Comforting cheeses, in winter, everything is good for feasting. And this, even without oven! If winter gratins; Croque-Monsieur; Or minced parmentier, have everything good, you can also make many delights simply on fire, like the winter simmered dishes.

And no need to ruin in expensive gadgets, a simple stove, casserole, or wok, are enough to snacker meat, prepare a puree, cook pancakes with vegetables, or prepare kibbles.
The art of soups
Only based on vegetables or with cereals; proteins like chicken, haddock, poached egg; or dairy products like goat yogurt which raises any butternut squash velouté, it is impossible not to mention winter soups among the flagship dishes of cold days. In the final touch, we think of the seeds of squash or sunflower, which is dry before adding to your plate. The simply chopped aromatic herbs also add the herbaceous note that needs, just before the service.
Long live winter salads
Yes, it’s winter and we want to eat hot. But we do not forget the full winter salads which are also a good option, especially when we are on telework. On the basis of rice, pasta, beans, or chickpeas, to be completed with roasted vegetables, small winter shoots, avocado, citrus supremes, red onion slices, or white or minced red cabbage, we mix Temperatures, textures, and category of ingredients.
