For dry products, like crackers, protect them with plastic wrap or aluminium foil. Anything fresh, like cheese and homemade drinks (to be transported in large flasks), goes in the cooler. Finally, for small sweet treats, it is better to avoid taking anything that could be lost in the heat, like chocolate mousse or yogurts. Opt instead for cakes, biscuits and dried fruits!
