That's it, May has finally returned! The opportunity to include radishes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cherries, spinach, peas, beans, rhubarb, and strawberries on the menu. Seasonal products full of vitamins that brighten up the plate and morale.
Seasonal recipes
Who says beautiful days also says fresh recipes. Among our favorite spring vegetable dishes are mixed salads; fresh spreads; vitamin carpaccio; crunchy toast; or refreshing drinks. We leave aside for days when the weather is at half mast dishes with sauces, and other invigorating preparations, and we focus on the vitality of fresh products, cooked in all ways. Fresh julienned vegetables for colorful spring rolls; thin slices for invigorating pickles to slide into sandwiches; or even puree to serve with breadsticks, we give free rein to our imagination.
Birthday cakes in majesty
If you look around you, you will find at least one person born in May! The opportunity to celebrate obviously but also to prepare a cake that is as beautiful as it is delicious. Edible flowers; airy whipped cream; tempting whipped ganache; fresh fruit compote; gourmet mousse; so many gourmet preparations that enhance sponge cake, dacquoise, spoon biscuits, choux pastry, or macaron shells.
