If you don’t want to go out on Valentine’s Day, we’ll give you some good ideas for cooking a romantic dinner for your other half. Original and delicious recipes beautifully presented in pretty tableware that will add soul to your festive table.
Well seen the idea of betting on a pretty, charming party table with vintage silver cutlery, which goes perfectly with retro tableware with classic lines to highlight the dishes. Valentine’s Day obliges, we don’t forget the candles or the champagne flutes. As for the recipe, we do like the chefs who start from the start with a delicately detailed and presented fish carpaccio that whets the appetite and awakens the senses. We retain the idea of sea bass carpaccio, olive oil and lemon, all in freshness.

As a dish, we favor meat that is quick and easy to cook, like duck breast, which is left to marinate with clementine juice, Cointreau, honey and wine vinegar, and which is served with honey roasted clementines.

Finally, if we haven’t let ourselves be convinced by the Valentine’s Day cakes from the greatest pastry chefs, we finish with a gourmet dessert like a mango and lime tarte tatin which we serve with a rosé champagne sorbet to delight the palaces of lovers.
