Almond and cinnamon rocks


  • 125 g ground almonds
  • 2 egg whites
  • 75 g of powdered sugar
  • 20 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon


  1. Spread the almond powder on a baking tray and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°/th. 6.

  2. Meanwhile, whip the egg whites at medium speed. When they start to turn white, pour in the sugar and finish beating until they become firm. Add the flour, cinnamon and roasted almond powder. Mix.
