Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple or green zebra beefsteak tomato
- 1 large drizzle of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) sherry vinegar
- 1 good pinch of Maldon salt

a few small leaves of fresh oregano

black peppercorns

a few pink berries, just crushed
Preparation

Cut the tomato into pieces and put them in the mixture of olive oil and sherry vinegar with salt, fresh oregano, a few peppercorns and pink peppercorns. Leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature, then put back in the fridge just before eating.
