Mory Sacko's Ultra-Light Tempura Maker

Ingredients

For 300 g of tempura mix

  • 100 g rice flour
  • 190 g of wheat flour
  • 5 g potato or corn starch
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 4 g fine salt
  • 350 g of sparkling water

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients if you don’t have tempura mix.

  2. Dip the vegetables and/or pieces of fish chosen in the preparation. Cook in the fryer at 170°C for 2 min. The cooking time may vary depending on the product used.
