Ingredients
For 300 g of tempura mix
- 100 g rice flour
- 190 g of wheat flour
- 5 g potato or corn starch
- 5 g baking powder
- 4 g fine salt
- 350 g of sparkling water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients if you don’t have tempura mix.

Dip the vegetables and/or pieces of fish chosen in the preparation. Cook in the fryer at 170°C for 2 min. The cooking time may vary depending on the product used.
