Cherry-white chocolate clafoutis


  • 400 g cherries
  • 50 g of white chocolate
  • 25 g butter + a little for the mold
  • 30 g of sugar + a little for the mold
  • 30 g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 cl of whole milk
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6).

  2. Melt the butter over low heat.

  3. Rinse the cherries under cold water, remove the stems and dry them well.

  4. Roughly chop the white chocolate.

  5. In a container, mix the sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Add the milk and melted butter.

  6. Butter an ovenproof mold and sprinkle it with a little sugar. Spread the cherries at the bottom of the dish, cover them with the clafoutis mixture. Sprinkle with white chocolate and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
