Ingredients
- 400 g cherries
- 50 g of white chocolate
- 25 g butter + a little for the mold
- 30 g of sugar + a little for the mold
- 30 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 25 cl of whole milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6).

Melt the butter over low heat.

Rinse the cherries under cold water, remove the stems and dry them well.

Roughly chop the white chocolate.

In a container, mix the sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Add the milk and melted butter.

Butter an ovenproof mold and sprinkle it with a little sugar. Spread the cherries at the bottom of the dish, cover them with the clafoutis mixture. Sprinkle with white chocolate and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
