Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 bunch of coriander

a few sprigs of dill

a few sprigs of chives or 1 green onion

or 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon(s) of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon(s) of flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder

- 2 tablespoon(s) of barberry (from an oriental grocery store)

salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Rinse and chop all the herbs. Brown them with the green onion for 1 minute in a pan with olive oil. Add the turmeric, mix and remove from the heat.

Beat the eggs in a salad bowl, add the yogurt, flour, yeast, salt and pepper. Beat well to create foam.

Line a gratin dish with baking paper. Butter it. Spread the herbs, then pour the egg mixture over them and add the barberries. Mix.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 or 35 minutes. Stick a knife in the center, if it comes out dry, it’s cooked.
