Lemon creams

Ingredients

  • The juice and zest of 2 organic lemons

  • 40 cl of liquid cream
  • 80 g caster sugar

Preparation

  1. Pour the cream and sugar into a saucepan and mix well.

  2. Add the lemon juice and a little of their zest once the mixture is at a low boil.

  3. Mix again for about 5 minutes.

  4. When the mixture has thickened, divide into 2 small jars and refrigerate overnight.
