Ingredients

The juice and zest of 2 organic lemons
- 40 cl of liquid cream
- 80 g caster sugar
Preparation

Pour the cream and sugar into a saucepan and mix well.

Add the lemon juice and a little of their zest once the mixture is at a low boil.

Mix again for about 5 minutes.

When the mixture has thickened, divide into 2 small jars and refrigerate overnight.
