Melon granita with ginger and thyme

Ingredients

  • 1 large melon
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 cm of ginger

Preparation

  1. Cut the melon into 4, remove the seeds and collect the flesh. Strip the thyme leaves. Peel the ginger and grate it.

  2. Using a blender, finely blend the melon with the thyme and ginger. Pour the mixture into a flat-bottomed container and set aside in the freezer, taking care to scrape the surface regularly with a fork.

  3. Serve with biscuits.
