Ingredients
- 1 large melon
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 2 cm of ginger
Preparation

Cut the melon into 4, remove the seeds and collect the flesh. Strip the thyme leaves. Peel the ginger and grate it.

Using a blender, finely blend the melon with the thyme and ginger. Pour the mixture into a flat-bottomed container and set aside in the freezer, taking care to scrape the surface regularly with a fork.
