Your shopping list for the week

For this week, stock up on fruits and vegetables: cauliflower, new carrots, chioggia beets, butternut squash, avocado, broccoli, spinach leaves and young shoots, mixture of mushrooms (button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, or pied-mushrooms). de-mouton), potatoes, onions, garlic and shallots as well as pears, pomegranates, apples, chestnuts, grapefruits, oranges, clementines, mandarins, yellow and lime.
