My shopping list for the week
Side vegetableswe take button mushrooms, shallots, carrots, bok choy, yellow and green onions, leek, garlic, avocados, cauliflower, fennel, potatoes, broccoli, and a nice butternut squash.
We complete with bay leaf, basil, dill, coriander, thyme, and mint, for aromatic herbs.
Yellow and green lemons, as well as apples, are the fruits in the spotlight this week in both savory and sweet versions.
On the shelf butcher’s shopwe choose almost veal, a whole chicken, bacon, bacon, and sliced chicken breast.
Side seayou will need tuna in oil, anchovies, and salmon steaks.
For the dairy productswe stock up on semi-salted butter, milk, fresh and liquid cream, parmesan, sliced emmental, ricotta, feta, mozzarella, parmesan, and brie.
We check our stocks and if necessary, we buy cane sugar, flour, icing sugar, cocoa powder, chestnut cream, baking chocolate, honey, mixed dried fruits, almonds, and vanilla, for the cakes and desserts of the week.
