Let’s continue the winter with recipes.
This week, let’s cook some good little vitamin dishes. We continue our winter momentum with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Pumpkin is cooked as a sauce with our pasta and spinach is used in our lasagna. Faced with the cold of winter, don’t skimp on vitamin C with an orange salad with mint and a delicious mandarin upside down cake with polenta, for a touch of originality.
