Seasonal flavors are on the menu for this last week of November.
Mushrooms, leeks, endives, spinach, cheddar for the savory part, but also apples, chestnuts, grapes, pears, are popular this week. Enough to prepare comforting fall dishes that will brighten up this cold November week.

My shopping list for the week
Side vegetableswe slip mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, fingerlings, parsnips, sweet potatoes, yellow and red endives, leeks, lamb’s lettuce, spinach, onion and garlic into our basket.
We also stock up onaromatic herbs with chives, Thai basil, coriander, kaffir lime leaf, parsley, and tarragon.
For the fruitswe take apples, pears, limes, grapes, yellow and lime, without forgetting the bananas for the banana bread on Saturday.
On the shelf meatwe put bacon, veal escalopes, and a whole chicken on our list.
Sea bream and sardines complete the list of animal proteins on the shelf Pisces.
Butter, pecorino, whole milk, cheddar, livarot, roquefort, ricotta, liquid and thick cream, for the dairy products.
