Mushroom coffees: what do you think of this trend?

They look like coffee and promise to improve tone, concentration, mood and immunity, all with little caffeine: what are adaptogenic mushroom drinks worth?

“Mushroom coffees” are instant drinks containing coffee mixed with medicinal mushroom powders. To prepare a cup, it’s simple: just pour a tablespoon of powder, add water or milk (hot or cold, depending on your preferences), mix and it’s ready
