Rice pudding with coconut milk and red fruits

Ingredients

  • 250 g of round rice
  • 50 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 l of whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water
  • 180 g caster sugar
  • 400 g of red fruits
  • coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Pre-cook 250 g of round rice for 10 min in unsalted boiling water. Drain.

  2. Bring 50 cl of coconut milk and 1 liter of whole milk to the boil with 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water and 180 g of caster sugar. Cook the rice in this mixture for 35 minutes over a very low heat.

  3. Once cooked, let it cool then pour it into the serving dish and top with 400 g of red fruits of your choice as well as a few coconut shavings.
