Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 2 kiwis
- 12 cl of oat or cow's milk
- 6 tablespoon(s) whole milk yogurt + for garnish
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoon(s) of spirulina powder
- 48 cl of ice cubes
- 85 g frozen blueberries
- 70 g frozen blackberries
- 1 white-fleshed dragon fruit
Preparation

Peel, core and chop the apple. Peel the kiwis and cut them into a star shape.

Mix together the milk, yogurt, bananas, apple, spirulina and ice cubes in the bowl of a food processor until you obtain a velvety mixture.

Divide the smoothie among the bowls, then create a wave pattern on the surface. Garnish with red fruits and kiwis.

Use a melon spoon to scoop out balls of dragon fruit flesh and drop them into the smoothie bowl with a little yogurt.
