Spirulina Mermaid Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 2 kiwis
  • 12 cl of oat or cow's milk
  • 6 tablespoon(s) whole milk yogurt + for garnish
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoon(s) of spirulina powder
  • 48 cl of ice cubes
  • 85 g frozen blueberries
  • 70 g frozen blackberries
  • 1 white-fleshed dragon fruit

Preparation

  1. Peel, core and chop the apple. Peel the kiwis and cut them into a star shape.

  2. Mix together the milk, yogurt, bananas, apple, spirulina and ice cubes in the bowl of a food processor until you obtain a velvety mixture.

  3. Divide the smoothie among the bowls, then create a wave pattern on the surface. Garnish with red fruits and kiwis.

  4. Use a melon spoon to scoop out balls of dragon fruit flesh and drop them into the smoothie bowl with a little yogurt.
