Days at the beach require a meal worthy of this moment of pleasure. Between sand, wind, salt and sun, many factors must be taken into account when preparing a special seaside meal that will not turn into a disaster. Indeed, the chosen recipes must be easy to transport, but also to taste.

Recipes at room temperature

For a lighter recipe, let yourself be tempted by a take-out salad, made with seasonal fruits and vegetables which you will drizzle with sauce at the last minute. In addition to the essential towel and swimsuit, remember to bring a pair of cutlery.
Unless you have a cooler, frozen desserts and foods that do not withstand heat should obviously be avoided, at the risk of wrecking (not to mention the sand which would not hesitate to be added to the mix ).
The perfect beach menu

Suffice to say that it is flawless with this summer dessert whose portions can be transported without any problem.
