Ingredients
- 8 Princess Amandine® potatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 80g butter
- 80 g grated parmesan

flower of salt
- 1/2 bunch of thyme
Preparation

Peel the potatoes, cut them into strips. Rinse them under cold water, then pat them dry using a clean cloth.

Preheat the oven to 200°/th.6-7. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Melt the butter, then add the chopped garlic. Put the potatoes in a freezer bag, add the garlic butter and mix so that all the strips are well coated. Sprinkle with parmesan and mix again.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes, then grill for 10 minutes while monitoring. Mix halfway through cooking.

Once the chips are golden brown, sprinkle them with chopped thyme, fleur de sel and pepper. You can also add chopped grilled bacon for even more deliciousness.
