Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) of flower honey
- 1 pinch of wasabi
- 1 teaspoon(s) of pollen
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons elderberry vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoons fruity olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) dried marigold flowers (optional)
- 1 sprig of thyme, leaves removed
Preparation

In a salad bowl, mix the honey, wasabi, pollen, salt and vinegars.

Add the olive oil little by little, stirring with a whisk.

Add the thyme leaves and dried marigold flowers. Keep cool.
